STEP 1

Water Analysis – What is the quality of your existing water?

We will take a sample of your water and get it off to our lab partners for water testing. From here, our process engineers will assess the results and, depending on your application, we will recommend the best course of action for water treatment.

STEP 2

System Design – Engineering the best system for your specific needs and budget

We use your lab results and design an automated water treatment process that is fit for purpose and built to last. Where possible, we design water systems that do not require the use of additional chemicals and reduce the need for end-user intervention. We approach all our system holistically, focussing on optimised efficiency, considering factors like load-shedding, inverter capacity and back-up solutions at every step.

We offer a complete solution to our clients including everything from purification process, electrical, pre-treatment, post treatment conditioning and reticulation.

STEP 3

System Installation

Installations are done by our team of qualified plumbers and electricians who take pride in each installation to ensure it is built to the best standard possible. We use high-grade componentry and ensure all equipment is protected and the installation is neat and orderly.

All installations are overseen by management and are signed off, only once rigorous testing is complete. We are confident to put our name to our work.

STEP 4

Servicing – Operation and maintenance on and off site

Following installation, our CRM platform ensures we know when to schedule your maintenance visit and what needs to be done. We pride ourselves on our backup service and ensure your system is taken care of to the very best standards.  Our on-site service team coupled with our online monitoring and evaluation services and inline water quality monitoring solutions ensure our customers’ systems are kept in the best working condition and water quality is not compromised.
